General information and Guidelines

  • RECEPTION HOURS
    The reception will be open everyday from 7.30am to 3pm.
    If due to another obligation the reception is empty, please contact us on WhatsApp (+506 8986 3331).
    We will gladly help you organizing any activity or service you might need.

  • HOUSEKEEPING
    Everyday, we do a light cleaning of the property between 9am and 4pm.
    Please let us know at the reception if you prefer a specific time.
    For ecological reasons, towels and bed linen will be changed every third day.
    If you wish to replace them earlier, please notify reception.

  • AC
    AC is available in all bedrooms. Please be considerate of the environment and avoid having the AC on with the windows open.

  • WATER
    Drinking water is available in the water jug on the kitchen counter in most villas and lodges.
    You can also find a water jug in the Bar area.
    The double bedrooms have a full water bottle in their fridge.
    If the bottle is empty, we will change it right away, please let the reception know.

  • TOILET PAPER
    All over Costa Rica, it is very important to not put toilet paper into the wc.
    Otherwise, a technical intervention will be necessary.

  • LAUNDRY
    We do not offer laundry service in the hotel. You will find many options in town.
