• PARKING
  Each accommodation received one parking spot. If you would like an extra one, please contact the reception to see availibilities.

• SMOKING
  Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, please use the access paths.

• NOISE
  We invite you to respect the tranquility of all guests and the silence that begins at 10pm.
  Parties and drug use are not allowed on the property.

• GUESTS
  If you wish to invite friends for the day, please inform the reception in advance so that we can share the information with the guard.
  Otherwise, for everyone’s safety, access will be denied.

• SANTA TERESA
  Generally speaking, Santa Teresa is a safe place. We still advice you to keep an eye on your belongings at all times, do not leave any belongings in your vehicle when parked and avoid walking on the beach after sunset.
